Her journey through the Kaospilot program and Hyper Island (MA) has shaped her unique approach to facilitation. With leadership roles at Making Waves and Deloitte Digital, including Innovation, Strategy and Design Lead, she's honed the art of guiding transformative processes.
Having called multiple continents home, Cathrine brings invaluable cross-cultural insights to her facilitation. Her ability to navigate diverse perspectives and approaches ensures every voice is heard and valued in the co-creation process.

A business designer with engineering roots and an executive MA in management from BI, Linda bridges the gap between innovation and implementation. Her rich experience spans industry leaders including Telenor, OBOS, Deloitte, EGGS Design, Making Waves, Mediafront/McCann, and Schjærven.
Linda's driving force? Creating solutions that deliver triple bottom line value - for people, business, and our planet. She champions co-creation as the key to turning promising ideas into implemented realities. Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: great ideas need alignment and anchoring to truly succeed.
