The Challenge:
Huseierne (The House Owners' Association) needed to evolve from a website to a comprehensive service platform. The key question: How could we facilitate co-creation and ownership across the organization, ensuring buy-in for both the process and the new platform?
Our Co-creation Journey:
Phase 1: Foundation Building Working closely with two UX designers and Huseierne's team, we designed a multi-layered process starting with a kick-off workshop to align understanding and vision.
Phase 2: Leadership Engagement We conducted a Design Sprint with the management team to: • Anchor the methodology • Explore possibilities • Build leadership commitment
Phase 3: Strategic Roadmapping A two-day roadmap workshop helped: • Chart the path forward • Establish crucial milestones • Create shared ownership of the journey
Phase 4: Deep Insight Development Our insight work delivered: • Key user insights • Detailed archetypes • Comprehensive member journeys • Housing lifecycle mapping
Phase 5: Organization-wide Engagement We conducted Design Thinking workshops in four segments, enabling us to: • Share insights and methodology • Gather input from across the organization • Anchor the process • Foster cross-organizational co-creation
The Impact: This comprehensive approach ensured that the transformation from website to service platform was truly co-created, with strong ownership across all organizational levels. By involving everyone from leadership to front-line teams, we created both the platform and the cultural foundation for its success. 🚀
