The Challenge:
A working group from mountain municipalities in Telemark needed support in applying for project funding. Inspired by their study trip to La Cluaz in the Alps, they sought to implement similar initiatives in their region.
The Context: The State Administrator of Vestfold and Telemark had set specific requirements: municipalities and relevant projects needed to collaborate on both application and implementation.
Our Co-creation Approach: We brought together 25 participants from six municipalities and six different projects for a full-day workshop at Lien Fjellgård, designed to kick-start the funding application process.
The Process: Linda led the initiative through three key phases:
Pre-workshop Planning Careful coordination and strategic design to ensure maximum value from the collaborative session
Workshop Facilitation A full-day intensive session bringing together diverse stakeholders to align visions and create concrete plans
Visual Documentation Capturing insights and decisions through: • Interactive Miro board documentation • Visual presentation of workshop outcomes • Concrete project recommendations for the funding application
The Impact: The workshop successfully transformed individual municipal aspirations into a cohesive, collaborative funding application, bringing together multiple stakeholders with shared goals and clear implementation paths. 🚀
